02 Description of Services
CBT Examination Practice
Practice for JAMB, WAEC, NECO, Nursing entrance exams, and NCLEX preparation.
Online Classroom
Virtual classes for students through shared links and interactive learning sessions.
Digital VTU Services
Purchase Airtime, Data bundles, and other digital utility services processed through BudPay.
03 Account Registration
To access certain services, users must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information and keep your login credentials secure.
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account. PrimeByte Hub reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our policies.
04 Payments and Billing
Payments are processed through secure gateways: Paystack, Monnify, and BudPay.
PrimeByte Hub does not store your card details.
05 Refund Policy
CBT Subscriptions
All CBT subscriptions are non-refundable once activated.
VTU Services
Airtime, data, and other digital services are non-refundable after successful processing.
06 Intellectual Property
All content on PrimeByte Hub including CBT questions, learning materials, software systems, and platform design are the intellectual property of PrimeByte Technologies. Users may not copy, distribute, or reproduce platform content without permission.
