Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be issued for services purchased on PrimeByte Hub, operated by PrimeByte Technologies.

01 CBT Subscription Services

Payments made for CBT practice subscriptions are generally non-refundable once the subscription has been activated.

Refunds may only be considered if:

  • The user was charged multiple times for the same service
  • The service was not activated due to a system error

02 Online Classes

Payments made for online classes are non-refundable once the class session has started.

If a class is canceled by the tutor or the platform, users may receive:

  • A replacement class session, or
  • A credit to their account.

03 VTU Services (Airtime, Data, Utilities)

PrimeByte Hub provides VTU services through third-party providers such as BudPay. Because these are instantly delivered digital products, they are non-refundable after successful processing.

Users must ensure that the correct phone number and network provider are entered. PrimeByte Hub is not responsible for user errors during purchase.

04 Failed Transactions

If a payment is successful but the service is not delivered, contact support immediately. Issues are usually resolved within 24 – 72 hours after verification with Paystack, Monnify, or BudPay.
